Jessica provides a broad range of training & consultancy services to individuals, groups & organisations nationwide both inside & outside the disability sector.

Jessica has extensive experience in direct care provision and believes in ‘no-fuss’ training for frontline workers & managers. Jessica’s focus is on supporting the development of staff at all levels and equipping them with the practical skills needed to work effectively in the social care and health care sectors in a variety of different roles.

Jessica strives to make trainings practical & relevant to the ever-evolving social care sector. She draws on years of experience as a student, to frontline worker to manger and teacher/tutor, to create a no-fuss & current learning experience.
