Positive Behaviour Support is an applied science used to ‘find the message’ hidden in the behaviour of concern, to not only change behaviour but also to improve a person’s quality of life. This training is designed to provide frontline staff with highly useable and practical skills needed to improve the environment and wellbeing of those we support, and decreasing the likelihood of behaviours that challenge. The training also focuses on the impact on front-line staff as well as the role of the manager in ensuring effective positive behaviour support for staff & those we support.
